By engaging H2O Heroes for professional pressure washing and mobile auto detailing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Surface Suitability:

H2O Heroes will assess the suitability of surfaces to be pressure washed prior to initiating any cleaning. However, it is the client's responsibility to ensure that all surfaces to be cleaned are structurally sound and capable of withstanding the pressure washing process.
H2O Heroes shall not be held liable for any damage caused to surfaces that are not in a suitable condition or have pre-existing weaknesses or vulnerabilities.
For a thorough property cleaning, it is imperative that the client shuts off power to all exterior outlets, light fixtures, and other electrically powered features using the breaker box. This is particularly crucial for uncovered outlets. Furthermore, the client must remove or open window screens to enable the H2O Heroes to clean windowsills more effectively and achieve a streak-free finish with detergent. The client must inform H2O Heroes of any surfaces that cannot be cleaned with high alkaline or acidotic detergents (see exclusions below) to preserve the integrity of their property. It is essential that these instructions are followed to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and protection for the property.

Pre-existing Damage:

H2O Heroes is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions that may be revealed during or after the pressure washing service. This includes but is not limited to cracks, loose paint, weak surfaces, faulty construction, degraded materials, or any other pre-existing conditions.
Any pre-existing damage should be brought to our attention before the service, and H2O Heroes will make reasonable efforts to avoid exacerbating the damage during the pressure washing process.

Cleaning Results:

While H2O Heroes employs skilled professionals and utilizes advanced equipment and techniques, the outcome of pressure washing can vary depending on factors such as the age, condition, and type of surface being cleaned.
We make every effort to achieve satisfactory cleaning results; however, certain stains, discolorations, or imperfections may be difficult or impossible to completely remove.
H2O Heroes does not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, including but not limited to rust, oil, grease, or hard water deposits.

Environmental Factors:

H2O Heroes complies with all applicable environmental regulations and uses environmentally friendly cleaning solutions whenever possible. However, we cannot control certain environmental factors, such as the quality of water used in the pressure washing process or the impact of weather conditions on the cleaning results.
H2O Heroes shall not be held responsible for any adverse effects resulting from environmental factors beyond our control.
Environmental Considerations: We utilize environmentally friendly cleaning solutions; however, we are not responsible for any adverse effects on landscaping or vegetation that result from pressure washing services.

Client Responsibility:
1. The client's responsible for informing H2O Heroes of any specific concerns, sensitivities, or delicate items in the cleaning area that require special attention or precautionary measures.
2. Clients are advised to remove or secure any valuable or delicate items, including but not limited to outdoor furniture, decorations, plants, and fragile objects, before the pressure washing service.
3. H2O Heroes will not be held liable for any damage or loss of items that were not properly secured or removed from the cleaning area.

Responsibilities of the Client on the Day of Service:

1. Ensure that a reachable water spigot is turned on.

2. Securely close all windows and doors.

3. It is mandatory to keep all pets indoors for the duration of the appointment and two hours after the technicians have left.

4. Before the cleaning process, clear the work areas of any objects and remove any flags, doormats, vehicles, or sensitive materials from the areas that will be washed. Failure to do so will result in delayed services.

Exclusions:

Kindly note that a cancellation fee amounting to half of the service rate shall be imposed if notice is not provided within 48 hours of service or if H2O Heroes cannot proceed with the wash due to incomplete steps 1-4.

Please note that a processing fee of $50.00 will be charged by H2O Heroes for any returned checks.
It is important to understand that H2O Heroes cannot be held accountable for any water intrusion. Despite our best efforts to prevent it, we cannot control issues such as bad seals around windows and doors or cracks in concrete foundations, which can make water intrusion inevitable.
H2O Heroes cannot be held responsible for the infrequent occurrence of a "fogging" effect that may happen to multi-pane windows with faulty seals.
At H2O Heroes, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction and work closely with homeowners to achieve this goal. Please keep in mind that while our service agreement does not guarantee complete stain removal, we are committed to providing the best possible service and will do everything we can to ensure that our customers are happy with the results.
It is imperative that you inform H2O Heroes immediately of any surfaces that cannot tolerate any form of detergent within or near the premises. Failure to do so will remove any liability from H2O Heroes for any damage caused to the said surfaces. Please take this matter seriously to avoid any unwanted consequences.

Safety Precautions:

H2O Heroes adheres to strict safety guidelines and takes precautions to ensure the safety of our team, clients, and surrounding areas during the pressure washing service.
Clients are required to keep children, pets, and unauthorized individuals away from the work area during the service to prevent accidents or injuries.
H2O Heroes shall not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the failure to comply with safety instructions or guidelines.

Mobile Auto Detailing Services

Scope of Work: Our detailing services are performed with the highest standards of care. Specific services included in each detailing package are outlined in the package descriptions. Additional services requested may incur extra charges.
Vehicle Condition: H2O Heroes is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, rust, or any other pre-existing issues. It is the client's responsibility to inform our team of any areas of concern prior to the commencement of detailing.
Child Seats: Our team does not remove child seats unless explicitly requested by the client. In such cases, our team will not reinstall the child seats for safety reasons.
Personal Belongings: Clients are required to remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to the service. H2O Heroes is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the vehicle.
Payment and Fees: Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments. For services exceeding $350, a $100 deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellation fees may apply if notice is not provided within the specified timeframe.

Payment Terms:

Payment should be made upon completion of the work unless other arrangements have been made and indicated in the service agreement. If the client chooses to pay via credit card, a processing fee of 2.5% will be charged.

Collecting Outstanding Debts:

It is important to understand that H2O Heroes has the legal right to attach a mechanic's lien against a homeowner's property for non-payment. If a payment is 14 days past due, a formal notice of intent to file this lien will be sent via registered mail. Please note that after day 15 of non-payment, an interest rate of 2% per month will begin accruing. Furthermore, H2O Heroes retains the right to pursue outstanding debt through civil claims court. It should be emphasized that any legal fees incurred will be added to the remaining unpaid balance. Lastly, please be reminded that this contract is legally binding.

Auto-Renewal Disclaimer

By enrolling in our maintenance wash packages, you are consenting to the following auto-renewal terms:

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle (monthly) at the standard subscription rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation Policy: You retain the right to cancel your subscription at any time with a 30-day notice. To initiate cancellation, please contact our customer service team at 858-207-6949 or info@h2oheroes.co.

Billing: Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically at the commencement of each billing cycle. In the event that we are unable to process your payment, your subscription will be suspended until payment is received.

Modifications: You are able to adjust your subscription plan at any time. Any changes will become effective at the beginning of the subsequent billing cycle.

Refunds: No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services if you cancel after the billing cycle has commenced.

Notification: A reminder email will be sent prior to the renewal date to inform you of the impending charge.

Agreement: By subscribing, you are affirming your agreement to these auto-renewal terms and conditions.

No Warranty:

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, H2O Heroes disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the services provided will meet your requirements and be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event will H2O Heroes be liable for any loss or damage, including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website or our services.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of San Diego, California.

Agreeing to the Terms:

Once you accept our estimate, it confirms that you are satisfied with all the specified conditions and specifications. This authorization allows H2O Heroes to proceed with the work according to the proposal/estimate form. Please keep in mind that H2O Heroes is not liable for any property damage except for cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. It is important to note that H2O Heroes cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to loose siding, windows, paint, or wood trim. The owner is responsible for any such damages.

Changes to this Disclaimer
